What to expect from a lesson

I prepare a lesson outline, based on our discussions or previous lessons, come to your home or venue which will need a suitably large space. A typical yoga class will begin with warm up exercises, sometimes preceded by a relaxation and breathing practice, followed by a variety of postures (asanas), and a final relaxation. meditation and Mindfulness techniques may be included. Each yoga lesson will build on the previous.
